Continuing with our tradition of serving healthy meals, we have gone out and procured one of the best gluten-free breads on the market. While we have our own bakery, the process of safely producing our own gluten-free bread is not possible, without major renovations.

By adding a gluten-free bread to our menu, it’s amazing how many of our wholesome menu offerings automatically became gluten-free. Our gluten-sensitive guests now have over 60 entrees, side dishes and desserts to choose from and enjoy!

For easy recognition there is a (GF) next to every gluten-free item on our menu. The Wayside takes great pride in using very few processed foods in our recipes.  We strive to provide our valued customers with well-balanced meals, prepared with care, with the freshest ingredients—locally grown in season.
